RM4 is the size of a A4 . Maybe he want to give you the paper in a good form instead of folding it

If use RM3 size , you may need to fold it a little bit

Is it we enter the code of the yellow sticker in the track and trace? And, I wonder if there is any case that it states delivered but actually not? -.- scared of lost..... important documents to MOE....

Well, the possibility is there. It stated delivered but the recipient doesn't receive it.
Pos Ekspres is for less important things because it doesn't require the signature and I.C. number of the recipient.

For more important things, I always recommend Poslaju because verification is needed upon accepting the parcel.

I might phone MOE to confirm my documents arrive safely...

Firstly get the tracking number tracked first, if it is stated "delivered", then make a call to MOE to enquire if your document has reached their place safely.
If unfortunately *touchwood*, it shows "delivered" but they do not receive it, please make a call to 1300-300-300 during office hours to enquire about your parcel's whereabouts.

some ppl even sent the whole casing..i personally tried befor hdd casing, handphone n psu...all arrived in perfect condition!
