Usually pos office do have ready stock for RM2.50 ( non windowed ) RM3 and RM4

In order to answer your question , i had scan some timetable from the pos ekspress envolope

There is Zone A ( Next Day , Means P+1 ) and Zone B ( next 2 days , means P+2 ) ( P = Posting Day )

i just came back from post office.. the girl told me "Ada kotak Pos Express RM 2"

she didnt have a sample, but she told me it was half of the RM 4 envelope but in box form. as far as i know, even the small envelope is rm 2.50. how can d box be rm 2?

pos express, u have to use their ready made envelopes/boxes
just go to the post office, go to the counter to send parcels & ask for the envelope/box size that u want.
then fill in the details on the front n back, take the yellow tracking number at the bottom right & seal it
drop it into the post express post box (with a yellow label or its yellow in colour)
