I bought a necklace from sulisa and it is totally different from the picture she provided and the quality is not even close to Korea product..
sulisa edited her terms and conditions after that as well mad.gif
I had posted in her thread and she doesn't seem to care at all!! Really rude seller..

http://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?showtopi...post&p=22411316

Furthermore, I realize that he/she is selling fake branded jewelry products for example Tiffany & Co, Juicy Couture, Tous and etc without stating that it is replica and not the real product shown on her pictures she provided in her thread.. vmad.gif

1. The price she is selling for the jewelry is way way cheaper than the actual price it is sold..
2. Proof that it's original. The attached Korea shipping list and the DHL invoice is so blur and cant prove anything at all..

Below is an example of the imitation jewelry she selling. The first link shows the actual jewelry sold by Tiffany and the other link shows what she is selling. You can see the obvious price difference. I am not sure about current currency of dollars but $185 should be around RM700+-. The one sulisa selling is RM95. There are many other products in her website link she provided and also forum thread.

I am aware that sales of imitation items are strictly prohibited here...

I actually dealt with her a few time, the previous time was still ok, acceptable, altho sometimes kinda hard to understand what she is saying, i had to read for few times in order to understand, there's oso some i dont understand even i've read for several times.
my latest purchase which was like few months ago, i was really really so disappointed when i receive those stuff
n when i saw what she replied to me, i m totally disappointed n decided not to deal with her again (she actually said to me that that will be the last deal between me n her, i was like wth, i m buyer n u actually said that to me when i m askin u politely, further more i didnt bring those up in her thread, as i understand she need to do business but then frm her reply i really think that she is really rude,
the stuff i get, looks crack at 1 part, but she told me, it is made that way, even if change for me oso will be the same n so on
n another 1 is a necklace i bought oso had some problem, i told myself to take it as a lesson
stuff i bought, total RM116, so RM116 to buy a lesson, is actually quite cheap smile.gif
ever since that
everytime i wanna purchase anything
i will ask for REAL ITEM PICTURE

Wow that is serious. So many people have fallen prey to this seller. I hope potential buyers read dispute threads before buying. Sorry to hear that this happened.

I'm just about to purchase some stuff from susila, luckily I read this.

I thought I would buy the watch and some earrings from susila because I've 'kena' before from other seller who gimme those 'China-made-fake' earrings that the design is similar to those Korean earrings, but the quality is way way way too different from those Korean earrings, of cause the price is cheaper that I can't complaint or say anything.

BUT, I RATHER PAY MORE TO GET A QUALITY STUFF!!!

Anyway, thanks guys! I don't think I will purchase anything from this seller, rather wait and search for other seller who sell quality stuff and able to provide real picture of what they want to sell. And I sincerely appreciate those seller who can make extra effort to capture the photo of their products and post it to the forum. And I would rather pay more to deal with this kind of seller cause they are honest to the buyer and themselves.

Added on December 29, 2008, 3:47 pmI've just talked to friend, she deal with susila a couple of times before.

As she mention, for the first few times, the stuff that she bought is exactly same with the photo posted in forum, I've saw she wore it and I was so impressed, then she recommend me buy from susila.

But for the last 2 times she continues to buy from susila, the stuff was slightly different and it looks like those China-made products, and some are different from the photo, but overall, the product looks okay, then my friend MSN her asking about it. Then, susila became so rude to answer my friend's questions. doh.gif My friend doesn't want to start a fight because she really likes those previous things she bought from susila. But, she lost confidence to purchase from susila again even though all the pictures looks so nice. I told her that I almost want to make my order but luckily I hold back. sweat.gif

She says maybe the supplier is changed or susila is also being cheated by supplier.

Anyway, just take it as a lesson, k. cool2.gif

its better that we request for REAL ITEM PICTURE when we wanna purchase anything
all the while i m fine with sulisa
until the last deal, i m not sure if its her or what but the way she reply me was rather rude,
i myself as a seller in LYN, i mostly provide real item picture, rather than those given by the supplier
as the picture given by the supplier/factory mostly they would edit n make it look so nice n attractive

What I am more disappointed with is the quality of the products she is selling. It doesn't look like what she stated in her front page " Top Quality Korean Product"...

Seriously, more like fake China products...

Wish moderator can do something about sulisa for selling imitation.
sulisa seems to ignore this dispute thread and continue bumping her thread by posting up those nice pictures supplied by factory. sweat.gif

I bought the strawberry necklace and the winged heart shaped earrings from her as well..

and I wasn't very satisfied with the quality..

the strawberry color was smudged on the edge..and the winged heart earrings look like something that i could get from the department store for rm6.. sad.gif

yes i understand
as i m not satisfy with it oso
i told her it look like something that only worth RM5 n not the price she sold me
but that 1 she never state its top quality korean product
n another is a doll hp strap (she stated its 100% made in korea)
i saw others selling for only few ringgit (made in china) after i got mine frm her
not exactly the same design on the outfit of the doll tho
but the measurement, n the doll look exactly the same
i did ask her bout it, n ask for receipt or EMS as proof
n what i get was the 1 she posted in her thread
blurry cant even see a thing, it couldnt proof anything by that (my frens actually said that her proof is like nothing)
n she got mad, after i doubted her
but then i decided to end the deal, jus take it as a lesson, thats y i never post up any complain in her thread/public
the reason i m standing out now, its bcoz of the way she replied u

She seems to continue to ignore totally and still posting up those beautiful factory pictures to bump up her thread.

There are several Lyn members asked her why is she ignoring this dispute thread. She doesn't seems wana solve it or give any proof or anyhow defend herself.

sweat.gif

Erm, how do I request for Dispute Tag?

you already said this "1. The price she is selling for the jewelry is way way cheaper than the actual price it is sold.. " and you still continue to buy from her? Who to blame? Those sparkly cheap prices are hard to ignore?

Anyway, her sales threads should be close if she is selling fake jewelery.

Erm, "the price way cheaper" thingy is for her fake branded jewelry. The one I bought from her was "Korean Made Jewelry" without any brand stated. She is selling several types of jewelry? Go see her selling thread properly. smile.gif

Yes, her thread need to be close for selling fake jewelry.

Erm, selling jewelry brand such as Tiffany & Co, Juicy Couture and etc which are fake. I mean not actually produced by those brand. Is like the exact copy/replica of the jewelry.

she did sent me 1 pair of bear earrings as the 1 she sent me previously was not the size shown in pic, as she claimed, she purposely get it from the supplier as she doesnt sell the bigger size shown in pic (tq for the trouble, but still... smile.gif)
i decided not to change back the other product frm her as i really feel that its really too troublesome by posting back n was oso offended by her replies

Sulisa got the dispute tag now.

I don't understand why she does not want to reply this dispute thread.
