same with me, didnt get anything.did you ask some other of your friend whether they receive anything or not?

i think they havent finish processing yet. Look at ALAM facebook, seems many applicants havent get any reply from ALAM yet.

just call alam today and thay said they need another two more weeks to varify the candidates

are u sure?? coz my friend already know his sponsor, and need to go for med check up on 19th may.. keep calling...

your friend's interview was on january or april?

they already called those successful candidate isn't it. seems like i failed
have to wait for next year

MEPB = marine eng. bridging program is changed to MEBC= Mechanical engineering Bridging Course ..
Now the current batch in Batu Rakit is MEBC-03 meaning that the 3rd batch consist of 4 people only.

fail or not, u will know on the same day after the interview...

they will call u only to inform which company is sponsoring you..

you can still opt to pay on ur own..


or perhaps ur name have been pushed into kiv.. pending for sponsorship...

owh, how can we know whether failed or not?

a question, about the mebc program, is there any age limit like dme/dns? because in case I didnt get selected for this year intake,im planning to do diploma and then later degree in mechanical eng, then apply for mebc.
how about the job prospect? do you have the same chance to be a seafarer like dme/dns student?

p/s: mebc is for mech eng. degree holder right?

nah, dont think so.. mebp is for degree holders only... but competition is freaking tough for mebp..

job prospect.... as long as u have COC, u will always have work....

Basically they only take mechanical and marine tech students for MEBC course..The chance are the same as the cadets.. but you will not get a diploma once u finish.. coz u will be doin 6 months course only.. then you will need to sail for 9 months then sit for oral..

OMG 10% only, than i should forget about that.by the way devkamal do u have any idea self pay procedure.and could you explain the consequences if we pay and study.thank you
