Clear any paper off the printer.
Switch it off, completely.
Reboot the PC.
But before you restart your job, run a page or two of test prints.
Good luck !

Is this the same brand of paper you have been using? Different brand of paper have different characteristic. Some work with some printer, and others work with other kinds of printer. Plus, there's a "weight" of paper, 60 gram or 70 gram or 80 gram. See which type of paper you are using.

Try loosen up the paper, could also be the humidity (wetness in air) that makes the paper sticks together. If that still doesn't work, then yes, the roller might be the culprit.
Hope this helps !

Its called fanning the paper. Its something like you do to the playing cards. You fan it out (in a fan shape) Then jiggle the paper a little to get some air pockets in between each sheets. Align the paper back again and print again. Your 80gsm paper is the recommended paper to use.
