Clear any paper off the printer.
Switch it off, completely.
Reboot the PC.
But before you restart your job, run a page or two of test prints.
Good luck !

QUOTE(xMika @ Dec 24 2008, 04:17 PM) Okay. Now no more paper jam. BUT my printer feeds about 4 sheets at a time when i print ! OMG ! Is it my roller problem ? Is this the same brand of paper you have been using?Different brand of paper have different characteristic. Some work with some printer, and others work with other kinds of printer. Plus, there's a "weight" of paper, 60 gram or 70 gram or 80 gram. See which type of paper you are using. |

Try loosen up the paper, could also be the humidity (wetness in air) that makes the paper sticks together. If that still doesn't work, then yes, the roller might be the culprit.
Hope this helps ! |
