Things about rechargeable battery is when you keep recharge it when it's never depleted, the memory somehow get "mixed-up" or forgotten how "deep" it can go (the full capacity). So, by doing a complete "charge cycle" (full charge then use it until your mac goes to sleep itself) will help to refresh the memory.

Since you're are pretty sure you've done full recharging I think the reading should be correct.

To my understanding, in order to able to get claim for battery it must be depleted to below certain % at certain period of time.

Anyway, if you still unhappy with the battery, you should call up AppleCare helpline instead of waiting for our reply in forum. All we can do is type & click, that won't help your battery.
