Hello.
I just bought a macbook air 13" last monday and i installed coconut battery but the program said that my mac age is 7weeks. Why is that?
In this 6 days i've charged for 5 cycles already.

im not very sure what is all this cycle or keep it plugged in about, i've read the thread from apple forum about preserving the battery but there is no accurate info on whether i should keep it plugged in or use till 1% and charge till full 100%

if i continue to do as i usually do (drain to 1 then charge to 100) the cycle will increase drastically.

so which should i do guys? sorry if this question is repeated over and over again but i've read alot of topics but there is no specific answer.

I will definitely have more than 1 cycle in a month cos i bring my mba to uni (of course with fully charged battery) but whenver im home it will be around 50% or so, so i'll try to use my mba and drain till 3% then charge full so i can bring to uni the next day.

am i doing it wrong? or i should instantly charge my mba when im home at 50% or so?
