Lol, you can't judge the gd/bad of IEM from just one IEM, there're still so many brand out there... You got the drowning feeling because the Ep630 sounds are muffled and bassy, the clarity is pretty low as well, gv other IEM a second try, say CrossRoads Bijou or the JBL reference 220 then if you still got the same feeling, forgot about IEM then

I use it mostly on all type of songs.

SE102 should be no problem for it .

It's really hard to find something with the function and quality while at the same time has an attractive design.

If I were you, I would go for the JBL reference 220 instead, it's more balance than the Shure SE102 IMO, the Shure SE102 is lack in bass so unless you're willing to spend money to get like the Fiio E5, I think you should avoid it. Anyway, it's just my personal perception.

haha , but the SE102 giving me ok bass , didnt feel it lack of bass .

well, maybe a decent pair could provide a good second opinion bout iem but it's kinda hard to test em here in penang.. anyway i think i shld learn know bout da terms like muffled n bassy etc b4 i make my choice.. is this thread a suitable place to ask?
