yep, it's along jalan loke yew. I definitely swear by them for spare parts. Even those that u cannot find, they can manage to import for u.

went there , they said don`t have ..oh well look @ suspension pray that cny got enough angpow .lol end up i go cari in sunway there end up got . before i headed to sunway i went the bangsar tom`s (i think spelt like that ) to look around .. got one type rims which looks similar to my "E" class rims . lol

wing hin may not have the stock, but u can always put in an order. They can help source the parts for u, it may take a week or two to get it shipped in.

the TOM'S showroom was formerly known as Vision Auto. Still owned by the same owner. I can't say much about them coz they charge quite high and I've stopped going there. They are also opening a new branch in Sunway.

Do you think they are able to import the new Corolla projector headlamps? I've seen the Taiwanese version but those are meant for LHD so light output is brighter on the left than on the right. Definitely would want the RHD type instead.

no worries mate. As far as i know, wing hin only imports original Toyota parts. For the projector/smoked out headlamps from taiwan, a better source would be GC motors. They've got quite a selection there.

Yes, u are correct about those Taiwan made products, they cater for their local market. Hence it makes the right headlamp tilted higher as compared to ours, which is the left.

you guys were right though .. this type of headlamps make the hid looks better .lol

yes, lots of tyre shops in klang will accept trade-ins.

wanted to get white since it is cheaper and nicer ...but it is solid colour.
so, i am abit afraid it will turn yellow after years.. i have booked black instead.

the salesman showed me the new grey mica color for year 09.
sample look nice but it look like brown in real when he showed me the grey mica on toyota hilux or fortuner in the showroom

That might be caused by the showroom lighting? Coz most of the Toyota Showroom I notice they are using Warm White (Yellow) lighting, not Daylight (White) lighting. Some even use sodium lamps, which shoots out yellow beam.

i think white brings out the shape of the new vios very nicely. In fact, IMHO it looks the best so far. And with the steel rims, u can always swap them for 15" or 16" anytime according to your tastes.

I'm uncertain how much it will cost as the price will be very much determined by the rim size, type and tyres u will be choosing. Most tyre shops will include the labor once u buy the rim. The other cost that may be added are balancing and alignment, which will be required if u are switching tyre size. Speaking of rims, there are local, taiwan or japanese ones to choose from. Local being the cheapest and Japs being the most expensive. Good luck with your search. Shop around first, don't commit to the first shop. My advice, get a local from Klang, ahem, stephen... if u speak hokkien yourself, then u may be able to look for some good deals.

yea, i agree with you that white really make the vios outstanding. which i really love. moreover i could save about RM1.1k for solid.
but i afraid this outstanding thing doesn't last me long esp when i park my car expose to the sun most of the time. this is my main concern.

of coz black color is also equally hard to maintain esp on the dirt. and worse part is black make the stretches more obvious (esp when the next car juz open the door widely touching mine)

was thinking, if i could save this RM1.1k and abit more on downpayment, i may consider E series.

Well if they can get the original Toyota Projector Headlamps from Thailand Factory, that would also work. Afterall, the Altises in Thailand have HID option ... wait, that means wing hin can also bring the complete set including the OEM HID kit right if it's available?

Especially spec wise and driving experience wise.

Grand Livina is to fight with Innova.
Rush is 'replacement' for RAV4 woh.
