QUOTE Hasbro 4Q profit slips partly on stronger dollar NEW YORK, Feb 9 — Toy maker Hasbro says its fourth-quarter profit fell an unexpectedly sharp 30 per cent on a stronger US dollar and the economic slowdown. Consumers have tightened discretionary spending due to the recession and unemployment concerns. The Pawtucket, Rhode Island based maker of Scrabble and Monopoly said today it earned US$93.6 million (RM336 million), or 62 cents per share, in the October-December quarter. That is down from US$133.7 million, or 84 cents per share, a year earlier. Hasbro Inc. says revenue dipped five per cent to US$1.23 billion. Thomson Reuters says analysts forecast profit of 75 cents per share on sales of US$1.27 billion. — AP That's for increasing price of our TF toys... |

Just to keep you guys informed:
Toys are made from Plastic and Plastic are made from Resins and Resins are made from Oil Toys = Plastic = Resins = Oil Hence Oil price increase Toy price increase. Yes oil price is currently stabilized but because of the current economic slowdown its not a surprised they are ever gonna drop their retail price. And similar to Malaysia scenario when oil price naik, everything else naik but when oil price turun only roti canai turun harga. |

I don't know what display is that. The door seems very fragile and thin.
Its not IKEA's Detolf. No name for this of course... I bought it at a furniture shop in Endah Parade (Where Aunty Lenny/Glory Shoppe is). Its really awesome but seems like I'll be needing another display for ROTF! My classics series is still in my old display in my room, I play with them a lot:P TFBOY, got pictar of your display ??? Where you bought yours ? |
