So I met MBT yesterday. It is going to take 2 months for the jacket to be ready as he received mountains of orders lately. shocking.gif And I've picked a blue lining.

I hate these female eBay/internet sellers. Why do they insist on spraying the goods with perfume before delivery? They always do that.
Damn. I should have smelled them before handing it over.

That's it. It will be a notched, single breasted jacket with a double breasted waistcoat. Now should I get a shawl or peak lapel waistcoat?

Glad you noticed it before it's too late. Anyway, dare to try a keystone config for your waistcoat's buttons, babylokebrows.gif
Yes, it will be a keystone config. Two straight rows of buttons are BORing.

FusionEX used to wear a vintage overcoat over his 3-piece DB flannel wool suit on a hot sunny afternoon whilst taking a stroll down Jalan Petaling.

Sheeeet. I want to speak to my lawyer.

Added on April 10, 2010, 9:09 amSpeaking about Suave, I saw couple of nicely cut jackets the other day. Too bad the lapel is too soft or else I'd buy couple of them.

QUOTE(kotmj @ Apr 10 2010, 08:05 PM)
Where should I start? 3 iGents, one tailor. My linen jacket is well cut, but a little too much skirt flare. The breast pocket did not meet with AL's approval. I need to widen it. There is so little shoulder padding I am having padding anxiety myself. But there were so many people in the shop I couldn't properly concentrate on my jacket. He transferred some drape away from the sleeves to the back of the armscye (as per my instructions). Just the way it should be.

Silencer's waistcoat+jacket look fantastic. Trousers are like the previous, so no fitting. I am very keen on a waistcoat now. It is so different from those cheapo RTW ones. One look and you know it's bespoke. Really, the waistcoat looks good! I never thought waistcoats can look good.

Walnek was an observer today. He is tall and has a good frame. I think he can look like whoopee with the right silhouette.

ALT's sleeves alteration for silencer exceeded all my expectations. It's like it came from the Zegna factory. Far better than any I've seen. RM16 to shorten dress shirt sleeves.

I've only fokked with you pubescent boys once about MBT3. Everything else is true! I won't do it again, I promise!

It's Savile Row. But sorry I don't know how much it costs.

I think he meant The Saville Row Company.
