QUOTE(cloudaeris @ Mar 11 2009, 01:39 AM) i think the tng chip is embedded under the TNG logo on the front, look carefully under the light, u can see somehow there's something there but too bad we can't do much besides than paying toll/train tickets by just using TnG here. wouldnt it nice if we can use TNG like felica in japan? QUOTE(awong @ Mar 12 2009, 09:50 AM) hehe, and I traded it back for the so905ics since guy who had so905ics needed money and had a friend who wanted the nec b/c it had t9 input another attractive deal? so old phone talk...there is a locked 2006 903sh on us ebay and a locked toshiba 813t, which to choose @bro vodafone: about the 903SH problem, my friend seems can't solve the receiving sms problem by just master reset the phone. do you think it can be solved by flashing the phone? |

QUOTE(awong @ Mar 12 2009, 11:54 PM) yeah media unlock, when a p905i does the same thing and works well enough for me plus its stable. can save the media lock hassles and n600i is ancient, worldwing phone before they put gsm on their main models. There is an italian model for that one QUOTE(vodafone @ Mar 13 2009, 12:12 AM) Hmm how about doing a format (#+power, do not do the 8+power)? QUOTE(awong @ Mar 14 2009, 05:10 AM) will check with on it. thanks QUOTE(vodafone @ Mar 14 2009, 12:03 PM) Actually you can do a formatting even in Hybrid firmware just that it is not recommend to do so as most of the cases, you will face serious problems after a month or few months. din't realized it can be checked with this method You can identify the firmware by press *01763*8371#. If it says A6290, then it is a hybrid firmware. If it says 1.02X or 1.05X, then it is HK firmware. If it says AA240 or 1.03Q, it is official Taiwan FET firmware. will check with on it. thanks QUOTE(LegendKiller86 @ Mar 14 2009, 02:11 PM) unfortunately this auto shutdown is common problem for DoCoMo-Panasonic models auto shutdown will happen when it is under GPRS mode. you won't have auto shutdown if it is under GSM mode. |

QUOTE(changkh @ Mar 15 2009, 04:36 PM) post some pictures here to poison us~ QUOTE(bboycc @ Mar 15 2009, 10:59 PM) Mine one should be dapeng hypersim.no cpr unless for the 1st time when i use it.out but cant regain the signal.mayb hypersim hasnt "warm up" yet.but after using quite several of time, although it may out,but restart the phone then regain the signal.i went to singapore.but my phone dun hav international roaming.anyway, after 2 days i stay in singapore it show no signal, but i din restart my phone when i was at singapore.after i come back malaysia,i restart my phone and the line is coming back.so out too long shouldnt be a problem~ unfortunately your current hypersim doesn't support roaming, so your SH-01A will OUT when it is in Singapore with your Maxis sim card. |

QUOTE(panasonic88 @ Mar 17 2009, 10:12 PM) can docomo phone support mp4 video format? yes, drag and drop, but need to put in the right folder and name it correctly.if yes, just drag-and-drop the video file? will it be complicated? video support mp4 and 3GP. so far tested mp4 video only for short video, eg music videos. but i can put 45 minutes(the longest video i ever tested so far) 3GP video and runs perfectly. |

QUOTE(changkh @ Mar 22 2009, 10:26 AM) Oh, why is that so? the Taiwanese version is actually expensive than Chinese version.By the way, the Taiwanese version is distributed by FarEasTone, what about the China version? Is it released by any telcco? I've checked with Benny from Singapore and the price for SH1810C is sky high. That's why asking if Taiwanese version might be cheaper.
