you wanna get F905i Taiwan version too? sweat.gif
using it to online...darn cool cool.gif

EDIT: Can't use it to online by using operator other than FarEasTone
this model allow you to connect to internet, just not allow you to use i-mode's service (something like maxis service)

QUOTE

when is the right time then? sad.gif
here is my observation to malaysia's market:
conservative, strong-herd behaviour

here are the questions for those never see j-phone:
spare-part easy to find or not?
i heard people said very difficult to repair wo, is it true?
i heard people said spare part very expensive wo, is it true?
reliable or not? i can see not so many people use le
not many people use, so 2nd hand value very low lo?

unless someone manage to convince them that the questions above are not a problem at all, then they can have a go in malaysia.

Hi all,

i wanna buy a Softbank Sharp 812SH or 707SC, i've read around that is necessary a software or sim unlocking for using the phone outside of Japan.

Next march i'll moving to Tokyo for 1 month, so i'm thinking to buy one.. they sell only in contract mode or can i also pay with money ?

In Japan they can unlock? If not, when i'll return to Italy how can i unlock the phone? (I prefer avoid the hypersim)

Do you know if in Italy Softbank's phones have problems or they work fine? (obv i'm not talking about internet functions etc)
Thanks in advance for your support user posted image

actually unlock the phone is not a legal business, as the provider locked the phone so that to limit the users to use their network only (docomo/softbank/au by kddi). so, to find someone in jp to unlock the phone for you could be difficult. if you want to unlock the phone, probably you need to visit hong kong, malaysia, singapore, or taiwan.

if you prefer avoid hypersim, then you should look for model that can be software unlock(911T,920T), or the seller pre-implant the unlock chip inside the phone(920SH). well, hong kong is the right place for you to get these model.

sorry, so far never meet any softbank user from Itali, nor anyone travel in Itali give us any detail about it. suppost no problem as this depends how good is your network provider is. if the network prover's coverage area is sucks all the time, you might need to revive the sim card with a normal phone for quite a lots of time.

Eh, I saw this

Can anyone help me judge if the 706P's keypad is soft or hard type. Looks like rubber material to me .
*
suspect is rubber, as the keypad is similar with my 920P

Hey..I just get my SH-01A but accidentally break the thing to put in the sim card..the black colour thing that you have to put simcard on it..Where can i fix it??
*
you mean the sim card tray, if after you put in the sim card and bypass sim and it still not able to read, either you look for someone to custom made it, or buy a spoiled unit (F905i, 920P also got sim card tray, but dont know can fit into your phone's tray or not)

Note for some of us who travel to Japan.

I just renewed my Japan Softbank prepaid. Bad news is that by end of next year there will be no more 2G service and will need to get a new phone and number for use in Japan.

Happy Chinese New Year to everyone... but a bad new year for me, so guys please help out

Today i was sleeping and i got a call from my fren... and then after that i've not received any calls and when i check my phone, it became default and says 'Please Insert USIM CARD' which then i thought something must be wrong so i restart the phone but it persist... then i took the sim out, and redo the whole process and still the same...

and now i remove the sim, and INSERT the VODAFONE USIM as provided when i bought the phone and still same T_T what could be wrong??

i'm using 904SH by the way.
*
have you tried to put the sim card itself into normal phone?
if can detect, try to put hypersim with your sim card into normal phone
if cannot detect, then most likely your hypersim got problem.
