For me jogging is the most effective way to loose weight... 3x a week, each time ~30mins. Last time I use to do sit-ups, pull-ups, push-ups ... blah3 but end up jogging is still the best and yet simple. Just get a pair of running shoes and you're set to go.

i'm also planning to lose my weight by jogging too, but becuase i'm too overweight, i can't run even sprint for up to 1 minute.Just my 2 cents....
is it okay if i do a brisk walk?
