1st you will need to understand where does your fat come from , the way you eat ? family genes ? your lifestyles ?some say working out,

2nd losing fat in different ways is sure lose no matter what , consistency is a must and hardship.
3rd looking at yourself which part of your body you would like to lose , fit ... start toning the part of your body and abit of other part of your body muscle
4th get a professional opinion and advice, learn from the seniors and work ur way to slim slim world ~
