RM135 is not bad for the ver2.

I got the OYW ver. of RX-78-2 and I think its damn nice. Quit gundam d though... but kena poison these days lololo

125 for OYW is a bit high, considering that you could easily get a Titans MKII which IMO is a better kit than the OYW RX78.
Or better still, find Char's Zaku to compliment your Gundam ver2.0 hehe...

Hm... quite sometimes didn't follow up gundam's story, but the bad guy at lower right corner (next to unicorn gundam) looks A LOT like sazabi to me... ...

Yeah, I also think OYW is a bit high. I saw swee feng sell at RM103 only. And yes, I do need Zaku.
But I dunno if I want a red zaku or green one. I grow up remembering green one more...kekeke...

also.. regarding the OYW RX78, it uses which RX78 frame? ver KA or 1.5?

The OYW RX 78-2 actually uses it own frame, I like to call it the OYW frame

Sinanju is inspired by the Sazabi, like how Full Frontal utilises his similarity to Char in terms of charisma to his advantage.

J, S, F... all of them are pretty similar, depending on what you want.

Choose J, and you'll get extra missiles but lose out on feet boosters plus a tiny backpack.
Choose S, and you'll get a nice-looking (but pretty useless) elevator but you get the most leg boosters and the largest backpack.
Choose F, and you'll get an absolutely pathetic doorknob but you get additional bazooka parts.

I deliberately left out the 4500 yen Zaku IIs as they cost more, obviously.

Own frame, but the legs are similar to the 1.5... that's why it was actually unofficially referred as the ver1.75 before it was released. But no one calls it ver1.75 anyway.

OYW is really nice. The details and everything is amazing. The colors are nice also

Man, after RX-78 ver 2.0 & his @#%#% G-Armor. And after that we get the GM ver 2.0. Why GM? It's just grunt, and a lot of GM die pathetically . And Guncannon ver 2.0 still nowhere to be found .

If they want Gundam then at least release Blue Destiny, plz .

It's not "just" a grunt. It is a nostalgic cannon fodder unit like the Zaku II with heavy involvment in late OYW conflicts.

Why GM? Because GM is a mass producation version of the Gundam and share many similar parts. In the gunpla industry, it makes sense to re-use the same plastic parts to produce a different output (or at least a variation of it, it is somewhat different nonetheless) and it is cheaper for the company too in terms of resource usage. I'm sure Bandai isn't thinking "Why GM?" but "Why not a GM?" Furthermore, in any story where there's a hero, there'll be the hero's "expandable" allies

I'm with you on Blue Destiny, but I'm afraid there isn't enough demand to warrant out a MG kit at this stage. And yes Guncannon 2.0 is still missing, not very sure if there's any guncannon fans out there.

GM = WIN. Like Zaku II.

I'd be surprised if they didn't release the GM ver2.0 after the kickass Gundam ver2.0 frame. It just requires a little tweak here and there and voila, a new kit for rehashing plus MSVs.

Blue Destiny is not as popular as the other series, nor is the Blue Destiny a project that Bandai is currently focusing on.
However if they decide to ver2.0-ify the 08MST kits esp the Ground Type Gundam/GM then Blue Destiny might stand a chance.

Last year we saw a hint of MG Guntank but there's still no news about any imminent release. If the Guntank really rolls out (pun intended) then the Guncannon might just do too.

want to ask u guys oppinion. I already got RX78 Ver KA and v2.... but after u guys poison me with the OYW ver... i macam nak beli... but is it different enuf from the ver ka to warrant another purchase?

OR... even though i dun like Zakus much... I somehow got myself to get Johnny and Shin Zaku II V2s... so... OYW RX78 or Black Trinity Zaku II?

I'd pick OYW version over the Ver.Ka Gundam anytime. OWY packs alot of detailing (well maybe too much?) and it comes with 2 different color scheme, of course I'd pick the anime tv color edition. If you like exterior mecha detailing, OYW would be the way to go in my opinion.

Unless you want to collect the Zaku II in different colors, I's rather go for the OYW Gundam. Furthermore you said you don't like Zakus much, so why bother with the Black Trinity? Follow your poison, err i mean instincts
