Yup, actually Bandai are more focus on what the Japanese market want, as long which gunpla are selling more hot or which gundam are more famous in japan, then that would be the most likely to have a release.

here the thing about gunpla, no matter how old the gunpla is, it will never drop in price, cause it original yen price will not drop from it release date, though they may have some discount once in a while. While on another hand, lately the yen price have increase against our RM, so tht why Gunpla is turning into a high high cost hobby, macam dulu lagi

Nope, not news report and I think bandai will not make it, or atleast not in the short term, cause if they produce MG of it, wont the PG sales drop a bit??? Plus, because PG Red Frame Astray using the PG Strike, making it a lot easier for Bandai to produce the PG version of it.
