Classes are available from monday to saturday. On weekdays, 6.15pm-8.00pm & 8.15pm-10pm. As for Saturdays, its 4.15pm-6.00pm. You can come whenever during these times. Free boxing gloves are given upon registration. Nvm if lemah lembik, thats what kickboxing is for. I guarantee you, after 3 months, you'll see or feel a positive change in your physique.

I can't really say which day less people because every week it differs. Anyway, why wanna come on a day with little people? More people, more fun.

Jak othman MT Kickboxing is the most simplest downgraded MT...Reason was because many girls taking it so the class were like aerobic class instead of real MT class...During my time taking kickboxing we used to sparing a lots and very often torn the skins on our first because too much padding work and punching on sand bag. Also our shin were rolled up and down with metal bar or wood for conditioning...SOlid leg!!!

Dude, rolling something hard on your shin kills off all the shin cells, that is why you won't feel so pain in that area anymore. HOWEVER, in 10-20 years time you will suffer the consequences because you might not be able to walk properly anymore. This method is not recommended for conditioning. To condition your shin, you must do it by kicking the heavy bag every day.

Kicking a banana tree and rolling shin is faster...If scared cannot walk properly then dun take up MT la doh.gif ....Know the consequences.
