AKPK, debt issue, anyone got a question to ask them?

Where can I check how much debt I have with each of the banks? Check with AKPK or with each of the banks?
I called AKPK before, they said need to ask bank. When I called bank, they said need to check with AKPK because I'm under AKPK... And then I'm confused |
