Want to ask, currently I'm on AKPK repayment plan:

1. I log in to AKPK portal, my monthly payment for CIMB bank CC is RM80, estimated Outstanding balance is RM6053.94, but I login to eCCRIS, the CIMB bank CC total outstanding balance is 0 (Loan under Debt Restructuring by AKPK), what I need to do now?

2. In eCCRIS portal, I have 2 x Special Attention Account, 1 is Alliance Bank Personal Loan, 1 is RHB Islamic CC, what I can do for Special Attention Account? It didnt show how much is the outstanding balance

hi, want to check, if I am in AKPK program and pay monthly on time, but when I login to eCCRIS, 2 of my accounts shown as Special Attention Account and doesn't show what is latest outstanding balance (Alliance bank - personal loan/ RHB - Credit card), what can I do?
