Joined akpk n I went to sg after that. Im glad that I took that route. Saved my ass a lot. At first a bit shy due to my ego, but they are rather helpful. I got 3 more years to go.

Hi, i finished my akpk last year.

1) is it true they can help us to consolidate all our debt into a 0% affordable payment? drool.gif
no. What they do is they nego bank for you to a lower rate. you will then pay to akpk, akpk will distribute to you. Min payment is rm500.

2) will CTOS learn about this? as you know, once your name in CTOS, its hard to remove it shakehead.gif
can't remember. but if you already too deep into the shit, akpk can't really help

3) would they hold our passport like those declared bankrupt? sweat.gif
no. if you already bankrupt, they can't help you

4) what happen to all our credit card once we accepted AKPK offer? they cancelled it all or just put on hold? if put on hold, the yearly charges still need to pay?

5) can we ever apply cc again after AKPK
in theory, yes. in practice, not going to be easy. i have not tried applying so far. now cash is king.

6) how many years can they make the installment payment?
depends your debt.

7) how much we need to payback to them....is it still 5%?
