QUOTE(jbanya @ Feb 19 2014, 02:06 PM) as soon as you get all the documents complete, you will receive the letter within 3 weeks (my case in year 2010). You can actually just tell to all the bankers who call you for payment that you already apply AKPK, they will stop calling you. Good luck Basically wat is the documents needed? |

QUOTE(jbanya @ Feb 20 2014, 04:31 PM) all your credit card statement, your current employers letter, payslip (documents that proof you are having stable job & income). They will work out a proposal to banks and they usually try to negotiate 9% p.a. (instead of 18% p.a.) Thank you for ur info.. Congrats that u back to ur normal life..If big amount (up to RM50k in total) can be negotiate to less than that. I got 9% and 3 yrs plan in RM35k debts and my friend RM56k got 7.5% as long as proposal approved, you need to pay the first installment and then take the bank in slip to them. earlier settlement hv discount, but you hv to talk to the bank yourself. I able to settle all within 20months, direct liaise with bank. Btw, akpk office got the kiosk to print out ccris report? |

QUOTE(Leon|| @ Aug 1 2017, 11:43 AM) Hi, seeking guidance if anyone experience the same to buy house during AKPK moment U won't be able to get loan when u having akpk.. the only way is to pay off all ur debt, should be only 30k by now and wait for some cooling period b4 u can apply for any loan or credit cardIf you could share any branch could offering the housing loan that would be helpful My initial debt was around rm50k+ and the monthly payment for AKPK was rm750 After 3 yrs monthly payment has reduced to rm330 Now I am getting marry soon and take home pay around rm6000, currently still paying monthly rental for rm900 I was planning if I could fork out monthly additional rm800-rm1300 for property instead of paying rental, that would benefit me in the long run.. |

QUOTE(Leon|| @ Aug 1 2017, 02:40 PM) It should be less than 15k by now actually, I noticed some rare case where actually the branch manager can provide loan such as car loan etc If it is only 15k, y don go to bank to do full settlement n ask for discount lump sum settlement.. this can clear ur name from akpk n u r able to obtain loan or credit card for ur futureThat's why I trying to check around |
