Bro,

Since you already cleared AKPK, why still wanna use credit card again ?

nowaday you can use your debit card just like credit card, without the worry of overspending.

stick to debit card la.

no no no, having credit card does not give better credit rating.  Have it clean will be better.

when you apply for housing loan, it is still up to the bank to accept or not.  So first get to the bank that you have been clean with so far.

As usual, they will ask about latest salary slips etc, and they do call for 'interview'.
my recent home loan, the bank asking questions like:
1. have FDs? i said yes, providing them the certs
2. have share investment? no, only public mutual
3. have credit cards? no, as now have debit cards, prepaid cards and e-wallet
4. latest month salary if have.
5. bank statement that salary is in.
Ya.. depending on how stringent the bank is, hopefully got linient ones.

As i mentioned, see your latest ccris report if have any credit application history record. if have and status is rejected, then you might need to hold on for a bit until it is cleared.

noted with thx.. i did check my ccriss, it shows clear.. without any record..

just curious if it will effect my future application.. if yes den need have different planning XD
