hi all,
can someone here confirmed that if i cleared all the DMP installment/progam, I had to go through for the 6 months cooling period in order to take next loan from banks?
If yes, why? supposedly I've cleared all my debt, and i should have the eligibility to make borrowings without waiting another 6 months

QUOTE(kkkw80 @ Oct 27 2018, 08:10 PM) No need. Once cleared from CCRIS, you can immediately apply new loan. how long does it take to clear from ccris?

folks, im currently in DMP program about 4 years...still 6 years to go....
Have some questions, if anyone can answer/advise, deeply appreciated. 1. If I've cleared all my debts with banks, and withdraw from the DMP, will there be any cooling period? as last I've heard that AKPK officer told me that once all facilities has been cleared, require 6 months to cool off then can proceed for loans, apply cc, etc.
2. While i'm currently in DMP program, my parents transfer house to my name, will it be any issue or need to take note?
3. While i'm currently in DMP program, can I apply for housing loan or car loan?
4. Any ways to check the latest outstanding amount and when is the last payment date? It's very time consuming to call banks individually, sometimes unreachable, etc...

guys, im still left about 3 loans (CIMB/Alliance/SC) under AKPK that need to clear, total about 50k-ish...is it worth it to make early settlement with the banks or better with monthly repayment to AKPK?

Hi folks, this will be my 7th year of finishing off my AKPK, while doing some check in their annual statement, I do notice: Edit: after some reading, by right it should be RM570 for the excess payment (refunded from Citi & OCBC), but how come on 2024, the excess payment becomes RM390 which is about RM180 rugi This post has been edited by lansi_raju: Jun 14 2024, 04:07 PM
