1. I never heard that a such thing of bnm outsourcing agent. ONLY you yourself can apply AKPK. No one can apply on behalf of you.
2. Not sure still the same process. This is 10 years ago process...i think so somehow like this...
a. I call up AKPK to make appointment. The officer willl give u a appointment slot. U need to go there personally. Not sure now.
b. AKPK personal will request you to fill in Slip Pengesahan Temujanji. In the slip pengesahan temujanji.. have to fill in personal infomation, statement of income and expenditure. Your loan detail (housing, overdraft, hire purchase, credit card and others.
c. You need to prepare all all lastest credit card statement and all loans statement. Bring original and photocopy 1 set of each.
d. You will need to go through 2 session face to face. 1st is seminars on AKPK class to introduce you what is AKPK and so on.. 2nd consultation with officer to helps you how to restructure your payment.
e. The officer will contact bank for restructuring plan upon your agreement to enroll.. this take few days.
f. The officer then via call,email. Enrolled you on AKPK program knows as DMP acct. Your DMP acct is the one you need to pay monthly then the pool of money will distrobuted to the rest of the loan. Normally DMP acct is your IC# and need to key in your contact number. I pay thru Maybank online under AKPK or in Maybank Cash Deposit machine.
All this process in around a week if you hv all the document ready. Dont worry the officer is very very helpful.
