I just found out that a relative of mine is having debt issue. His bank account has just been frozen because he did not settle his car loan many years back. The car was auctioned off when the bank repossesed it then but I heard from my relative that there is still outstanding balance to pay which he failed to do so as he was unemployed most of the time since he lost the car. He recently found a job but he is unable to provide the company with a bank account for his salary to be credited in. As such he had to turn down the job. How would APPK be able to assist in this matter?
