Bros i have a question. If i have 2 CC which the minimum payment are due on the 5th Jan 2014 and 23rd Jan 2014 for about RM800+. I can't manage to even pay for the minimum as my new job start only on the 1st of January 2014. So is it ok if i don't pay the minimum payment for both CC and do it only on February of 2014 when i got my first pay from the new job?

What would the late charges be like and i previously have paid all my CC minimum payment on time and was never late before as the coming month i am unable to pay due to family urgent matters and my salary would only come during end of January.

CC 1 - 9k outstanding 10k CL
CC 2 - 3.6 outstanding 4k CL

Lets say you have 2 personal loan & 2 CC debts on hand, is it possible for you to seek for AKPK's help on just restructuring the 2 CC debts ONLY?

Hi would like to ask, AKPK requires latest bank statement for all the cards that I am holding, does that mean the latest monthly statement that I received from bank or I need to go bank branch to request for the latest statement from them?

Best for you to obtain the latest statement from bank branch or print online get certified by bank. This way it reflects your total up to date outstanding balance so it will ease the process of AKPK.

Hi all. I've enlisted in akpk for 1 year now. Finally with God blessing I'm able to pay off all the debts one shot. A few things I need to clarify. First off how to I do a full settlement? Should.i go directly to banks and negotiate for additional discount on full settlement? Or do I go straight to akpk? Heard from my friend that you could go to individual banks and negotiate for lesser amount to settle If you settle one shot. Any advice from bros that enlisted in akpk previously and done the same thing would be helpful.
