QUOTE(adrianfej @ Jan 16 2014, 06:05 PM) Noted all your advise, i have all the release letter from bank and have forwarded to AKPK and i called up today, they say two more bank they have not close account should be able to close everything next week. I'll try to apply personal loan after that. Thanks for the advise bro. u can apply after akpk...but let the ccris report reflect "0" in your current month ccris..so when u apply n the new bank chk u ccris...its looks clean... note i m not saying banks will not give u a loan so fast..but when they look at ccris, its for 12 months...n even your current month is 0, past 11 months still shows ur past arrears. BUT..go ahead apply...n try BSN, Muamalat etc...

QUOTE(candycrush @ Feb 4 2014, 01:22 PM) I'm currently under AKPK and still have many years to service my debt. However, due to work related matters, I needed a car to move around. I wanted to buy a second-hand car & I need a loan of RM30k to finance it. I approach a couple of banks, all were rejected. The last and final bank I went to, check the CCRIS and obviously my name was in it. I explained and showed to the bank that after servicing the AKPK monthly installments, I can still manage the car installments. The bank reviewed my case, was very helpful & based on the fact that I have worked in my current company for the past 20 years & my salary will be stable, the bank approved my car loan of RM30k to be service for 7 years instead of five years. I am very grateful for the very kind bank officer who took the time to review my case and did not chuck my file into the tong sampah like the rest of the bank I went to before them. well done..good for u....its up to the discretion of the bank officer/credit dept after looking at ur capability to pay it back - cos all of us have made mistakes in our finances and the bank recognises this despite them needed to make their revenue figures, but some banks as in your case do consider.

QUOTE(Kaka23 @ Feb 5 2014, 11:35 AM) Guys/Gals... if business got alot of hutang which previously pajak the house to do business and now very hard to bayar hutang, you think can go to AKPK for advise? yes u can talk to akpk and they will show u the way...cos if property under ur personal name can do so..but do hurry before its gets to legal side..eg..still 4 -5 months arrears, AKPK can still assist

QUOTE(el_chng @ Jan 29 2014, 08:52 PM) Somehow your experience may not true. 5years ago when I first join DMP and I apply CIMB hire purchase loan, they called up and informed me due to my DMP with AKPK the interest rate is higher than normal, end up the loan get approved. That time I have 2 CC from CIMB under DMP. Guys..application of any loans with banks, while u are under DMP...will be subject to the bank's discretion, be it same bank or another bank. Its up to u to put up your case to them and the banks will consider - just be transparent n show ur monthly expenses and ur capability to pay- ur ability to be a good paymaster despite being on DMP... ALL THE BEST...AKPK helps those really in need to turn a new leaf or sort out some unforseen hurdle esp for death of breadwinner, and even guarantor of loans.. In fact i suggest all to attend the counselling session from AKPK cos its free and it clears ur mind as to the scope of services and then consider an appt with counsellor for advice - not necessary DMP yet..

QUOTE(el_chng @ Jan 29 2014, 08:48 PM) As I check with AKPK, BNM will update CCRIS 15th every month. So the best is to apply your loan by next month. But AKPK also strongly advice to wait at least 1-3months(cooling period) before applying new loan. correct proceed accordingly..

QUOTE(jbanya @ Feb 21 2014, 02:58 PM) I don't know, but I print from Bank negara. thanks, hope you can back to "debt's free life" asap. AKPK has plans to put a ccris machine at their HQ..but not sure if its done yet..best just walk into BNM..go to the kiosk insert IC and scan ur thumb print n the ccris gets printed out - u can print it every 3 months i believe
