My friend till now keep on asking me lend him money. I charge him certain % upon paying me back...
I also state that if pay me late, i charge him extra rm100 depends on how much he borrow from me. 
At times, he borrow 1k from me, so if after 1 month no pay me back, i charge rm250 extra. So he owes me 1,250 back. But if after 2 months pay me not enough what he owe me, i charge him extra %  ....haha..

i am currently doing that to my 3 ffriends who like to borrow money from me. 

I think so too...because if he had used the house as collateral...he would not be able to change ownership of the house...
try to get a lot of info as to what you and your family member is liable to your father debts....
some debt collectors would just simply use scare tactic and prey on the none informative family members to pay up.
some would even say that they can ask the EPF to stop payment too....

do you mean ownership of the house can be changed EVENTHOUGH the house has been used as collateral?

Ok. Because this morning the phone call was informing me that they are going to submit my dad file to the highest court and want to foreclose my house.
So I'm not sure whether if they submitted the file, will my house be foreclosed.

only way to get ur car loan is from license money lender...if cant get from banks.

bank aslo ah long...professional ones...with legal letters ones...then pass to debt collectors...who act rough..

Legal debt collector's ways are more brutal. If you think that ah longs throwing sheet and red paint are mental torture, then legal collector's ways can make you commit suicide

I have enrolled in DMP one week ago and I already done the 1st payment, DMP account status was active,  but I still receiving calls from banks debt collector. I check my cc account , akpk still not help me to pay bank. Do I need to contact bank to inform them I now in akpk DMP? Or I need to cancel the credit cards by myself or akpk will do it? Anyone got experience please give me some advise. Anyway I will call akpk to ask about my problems, maybe next Monday .

Thanks for your very good information . I called them and they said in process. I not paid for 3 months on 6april2016. So I still have enought time for them to process, right? Ok I can relax a bit.

Apply AKPK at 2011, that time the total amount was rm80k, after 5 years of paying and now still have balance of RM40k. Decided to make a full settlement now, need to go to all the banks and find out the latest figure. Some bank will give you discount, but usually that is for your CC account, for personal load no discount given. Current settled with 3 accounts, and 4 more to go.
Planning to buy a house after i get all this shits clear and get another bigger shit in future, that is call life.....
