Hey Guys I have some questions to ask since I have over leaps 3 month of credit payment due to financial difficulties. Today I have received a bank lawyer letter and asking me to pay for the 3 month outstanding and legal fees. So should I ignore since I have applied AKPK DMP 1st of July. Btw how long it’s take to process and get approval? I am stress and struggling. What is the % of success? My DB around 75k also recently I have keep getting outsourced bank agent told me they can offer me with 2% IR but I need to pay the 10% amount to let them proceed.

If you cant negotiate anything favorable from bank or debt collectors, tell them you're enrolling under akpk already

They might tell you bull shit story to stop you from going akpk because they will lose their comission.

Only benefit if you take up the banks offer is debt restructure won't hurt your ctos as much as akpk.

Argh!!!damn quite stress dunno when will i get to know the status and what is the approval rate ya? am I able to success get into AKPK? worry alot recently almost can't sleep well.

If you don't mind sharing, your income around how much? RM75K debt should translate to around RM700 per month repayment over 10 years.
When your finances gets better you can request to increase your repayment and shorten the tenure.

The peace of mind is worth it.

Oh....God Thanks for you advice bro finally i manage to get a real peaceful of mind now... just got approved not even 6 working day.

1 more question guy because I googled it and check what happen to me after enroll AKPK DMP. Is that correct once you entered AKPK DMP all you credit facility will be cancelled and credit cards will be cancelled as well? I saw another post that saying after you clear off everything on AKPK DMP you will also never had a chance to apply for any credit facility due to you joined AKPK <-- if this is applied for my whole life then I might migrate to another country after I settle down all the shit.. My another question is how do I know AKPK is settling my debts with the bank is there any place for us to check it out?

Thanks
Hope to get some knowledgeable person to help me out here.

I shared my experience post AKPK on previous page. For your last question, you can check your CCRIS report. Credit facility associate with AKPK will has "Under AKPK DMP" status there.

Thanks for your information bro...I appreciate everyone here is helping out me...but unfortunately after I have entered the AKPK DMP program I hope to get more peace instead of bank keep calling up this and that threatening me with lawyer letter and etc. I also feel down after joining AKPK because I had never went through all this things before in my life and my age is not young too after paying off everything I am nearly 50 year old already and I get nothing in my life. Well life are sucks when you step wrong a single step and your whole life is gone. Since I am single too then my last resort is leaving this country and keep paying at overseas once I manage to get a job.

Overseas? You had experience working overseas? Do you already have something lined up, or is it just a plan for now?

Not really had experience working overseas yet...but is already started to plan up because is no longer worth to stay here if everything can't apply.

You definitely will have more peace. By default bank won't disturb you once you under AKPK program. If they did, just inform them... in case their system is not up to date. So far my side I have no issue. And AKPK always help to arrange for lowest monthly installment. As long we are diligently making payment, everything will be ok.

And with the flexibility that you have, you can find a better income somewhere else w/o being tied down. Alot of AKPK applicant graduated.
Once graduated, your CCRIS is no longer have the AKPK record. You can start applying loan.

So let's move forward. One step at a time.  biggrin.gif

Yeah hopefully i can get more peaceful for now so that the bank won't keep disturbing but i still received some stupid agent still calling me like mad i feel really frustration.

I see but I still feel hard to get it due to age issue after paying off everything I left nothing and by the time age is nearly 50 already.

It's hard to forward the road is tough enough...

Once you settle your AKPK, you are clean. Some of posters here reported able to apply credit card, housing and car loans 1 or 2 months after fully paid their AKPK.

You can still request your banks to send you a monthly statement then you can see the amount AKPK given to your bank.

I see I think i will just forget about it just like my previous post mention due to ages bank see ages and they can only provide u credit facility. if you have nothing at all the bank won't simply approve ur credit.

Those agents that keep calling could be third party companies engaged by the bank. Their system is not always updated. After awhile they will stop calling.

It will be hard, but our generation is build to be tough. We can endure it as long we don't give up. Set a target or future plan so that you will stay focus. Yes, there will be time you wanna give up or in slump mode.... normal... talk it out with a person. It helps.

I'm in the AKPK when I'm 40's due to job scam. I work hard all my life but within a day all gone. In debt. I still have a family to take care. Now I'm graduated dy!

I know you can do it! Wish you all the best!

Thanks bro...I am trying to stay positive and strong I do really hope I can quickly get out from this program and start re-apply back some facility if can but if can't then I don't really feel like staying in msia anymore because is pointless like if u want to buy a house or car and they reject you. *
I think I really need to re-plan my migration soon.*

*Lender Selection: Be mindful of your past relationship with lenders when applying for new loans. If you had a loan with a specific bank that was part of the DMP, it might be best to explore other lenders for your new loan needs.*

If you are single I think you can try to migrate, but migrate and all is very money dependent too.
*
Yes...currently I am single and I prefer migrate because there is two things in my mind one is I feel Malaysia is no longer worth to stay even I am a Malaysia citizen secondly is after joining the program later if I pay off everything next time if I try applied for credit facility will most likely get rejected due my credit score and income is not good.

Anyway after I join DMP I still get charge 18% interest rate by SCBB so fark up...

Most of us were in your shoes before, we understand and we feel you.

Once you under AKPK, just pay AKPK monthly promptly, and your life will be back to normal. No bankers will ever disturb you again. One or Two of the banker may still try to contact you, but as long you said you are under AKPK, they will shut up and leave you alone.

As long you make your monthly payment to AKPK, sooner or later all your debts will be cleared.

One step at a time, clearing debt takes time, dont give up. We are here for you.

Hey bro...thanks for your advice and the support!!! let me start a new life again.

How do u know who is the assigned akpk officer for u?

I call n live chat..is different person. But the answer is as long not default 3mths it should be no issue.

I found mine at the AKPK customer portal and I did able to talk to her to help me if i really needed. I hope everyone here can support each other instead of argue because argue it won't solve the problem why not we united together and pay off everything and start a freedom life again.
