Gd evening all, sorry for my bad english, I've have some question to ask u guys here, hope someone can gimme some ideas what to do..
I'm currently under the AKPK program & I've made a full settlement for 2 out of the 4 banks today. As for the balance 2 banks (SCB & Citi), they are unable to provide the amount for me to made payment on the spot meaning to say I still need to wait till further notice on the amount from them.
As for the 2 banks that I made my full settlement (UOB & RHB), they said that the release letter will only be ready after 14 working days.
I don't think I'll get the release letter on time for me to update AKPK on the partial settlement
Can I stop my monthly repayment to AKPK this month end as I do not wish to pay excess amount to UOB & RHB as I believe it will be troublesome to request back the excess amount.

I already stopped making payment to akpk since last december.. so i dun think u still need to make payment to AKPK..

Can i know how is your RHB? got discount ? who you contact for final amount?

I spoke with an officer by the name of Nasir, & the amount are as below:

Outstanding base on CCRIS
CC - 4054
PL - 2220

Repayment Amount
CC - 3943.53
PL - 2110.42

I don't think there is much discount from the settlement amount given sad.gif

Whereas RHB & UOB settled on Monday, AKPK portal already removed, but CCRIS still show outstanding

i remember around 3rd of august, i made full payment to citibank.. then after one week, email and chase for letter, then one week later, about 17th or 18th august,  emailed again. then the staff called me back said already deliver to me.. then immediately i went to akpk website to check, the citibank has been disappeared..

guess what, one night before this call, i went to akpk website to check, the citibank still there... maybe my email force them do something already. haha
then one day later after this call, i also settle the RHB, the next day , i checked akpk website, the RHB also dissapeared and i had no more loan or debt anymore.

How does AKPK work/>

I have outstanding loan on a shop house for x amount. I have an offer from buyer to buy over the property for Y amount (RM150k lower than balance of debt owed to the bank).

I cannot afford to pay the loan anymore as business teruk. Decide to close business as 6 months already cannot operate due to emco/mco.

Can AKPK negotiate between both parties (me) and bank to find a settlement?
*
AKPK can only assist to negotiate on unsecured loans (CC, PL), any secured loan (Property, Hire Purchase) they will not assist
