I am not sure if I made a mistake?
I made partial settlement to PTPTN and gotten my release letter.

Then I went to Maybank and made my partial settlement, but bank made payment to AKPK instead  of to the bank?
How do I get release letter from Maybank now since payment is made to AKPK and already reflected in my AKPK account..   

not sure about cooling period but I managed to get my car loan approved 1 month after I withdrawn. They also supplemented me with credit card as well. Provided your K status in CCRIS is clear. Also depends on bank to bank
I have withdrawn from AKPK in February and self settle all my debts.

Now must spend wisely and kick the habit of over spending. If not back to square ones.
