I am going for silver, cause like what you said easy maintenance. I am not the one who enjoys washing car and also do not enjoys giving out
money for others to wash my car. for the record i wash my wira probably 3-4 times a year!

HM please improve on that lar or at least raise the level a bit.

my SA told me.. interest rate will DEFINITELY goes down on early 2009
even we book the car now... but our interest will follow the latest rate ( which is 2.5% mayb)

I'm wondering PMM color will look like when apply to City. I've book the car & getting it by mid Jan before CNY so my agent promised me. Really looking forward to the day I drive it home.

i manage to pay slight attention to the rpm, at 60kmph 1.8-2k rpm, at 80 about 2.5-2.8k rpm, 80kmp >2.8k rpm. it only noticeable when reach 3k or slightly above 80k rpm but still within my tolerance

Speaking of which spec, guys, can I hear your thoughts on going for the E spec rather than the S?

Booked my E-spec PMM City 2 days before the official launch. I've seen the car at one of the show room before the launch & I could only express with the word "awesome". Never get the chance to test drive because it is forbidden then. The price tag is yet to confirm then. Normally I'll test drive & think twice if not gazillion times before the decide the purchase. But hey... impulsive buying behavior get the better side of myself   

No turning back now... best of luck to bros & sis who get the first batch City like myself 

that time i just reached the hill top, thats why its higher than usual i suppose, probably still within the 4th gear. the rest are on normal road condition. hmm always wanted to do another test drive at evening...maybe till then i check again

hmm i gave up my first booking...suppose there goes one lucky fler. anyway me too read from autocar jan issue that HM has decided to expand the production rate of city to 1.5k units per month. its good news for consumers to get the car faster...but...i kinda worry about the quality because it has becoming a mass products. good luck!

yup, jus did a quick browse thru trying to dig for more info of the city this afternoon. all i can remembered is increased to 1.5k per month but it didnt say how many previously though. couldnt manage to buy it because was with a friend in a rush.

I really got no idea on this tinting stuffs and I have not fixed in any of my previous cars too. My SA is offering
B-kool (not v) at around RM980 and it's a special price for me and he said for others it's 1200.
Any idea ...?

How about the security alarm with City? Anybody consider to enforce the car security? Not sure if this car is going to be one of the car thief list but it would be pain in the a** if lose the car anytime soon while still paying loan.

Yeah I love Sparkle Gray Pearl especially on Civic I think probably they will have it on City sooner or later maybe reserve for facelift.

i suggest you buy the new stream. you can get white colour for stream. isn't it?my neighbour bought the new stream last month, white colour. he tinted it with black colour tint and replace the original sport rims with the new black 17" alloy rims. the car looks very nice. he also plans to customize his car with mugen aerokit. 

compared to old city...only looks and stearing wheel different?

hmm actually this city is a totally new car built from scratch which is why they call it All-New City. as for dugong vios i think other than changing the body shell and add some minor tech like DBWire, its still the same car. notice the doors are the same too.

well, have test drive, rammed the car to 7k rpm (to test the i-vtec open). a bit disappointed , but it is a CITY after all. 1.5 i-vtec gives u mild vtec feel.

but the cabin quietness is ok, during vtec open, u can hear a small 'praang' but that's it. it dies at 7k rpm.

was disappointed with the price and HM. it should priced lower or with more features. now i even realized that modulo E-spec got Goodyear excellence..hmmm....
rm4,750 for modulo kit is way too expensive for me, heavy 16" modulo rim is RM2480, might as well get kedai potong 16" japan lightweight. better.

btw, did u guys know that Thailand's release got Modulo Grille oso, damn nice....

in India, u can get White, and manual trans. price? less than RM60K.

in conclusion, my wife likes it and booked and confirmed PMM. arriving march. Squeezed the salesman for free test drive shirt and card holder

as for tinting, HM / Kah motor gives RM500 voucher for a Kah Motor-Vcool tint (vcool is their partner here), so a tint with 63% infrared tint, costs RM1700 or can go to Vcool and get 15% discount for tinting.
