3. Specs - QWERTY Keypads, WIFI, Organizers

4. Type/Size - She wants something as light as possible (no specific type or size as she's using a old treo which is the size of blackberry as well)

your 1st question Nokia maps supports and Garmin only compatible but can use (TESTED)

for camera in bright light Acceptable for low light ITs HORRIBLE

depends on u. I agree touchscreen could be a little troublesome but after you get use to it then its fine. I got used to it edi

I repeat DO NOT DO NOT get n95 it has serious battery life problem one day battery flat.

Why dont you try n82? Its camera is excellent.
I prefer 5800 over all other phones for sms physical key phones are better
