3G iPhone: Please read before asking which country has 3G iPhone locked and unlocked.
Current Official Unlock 3G iPhones : Belgium, Czech Republic, Greece, Hong Kong, Italy, Luxembourg, Macau, New Zealand, Russia, Singapore, South Africa, Turkey.
Before you proceed buying a 3G iPhone, please refer to the iPhone 3G Part Numbers and make sure you purchase an orignal Unlock 3G iPhone with this reference:

Once the phone shut off it will take some time to search network then no sim will appear. Certain version turbosim will support Celcom but not necessary will work on other telco. I have changed my turbosim, 3X.
