currently the min value stands at RM250k. from 1/1/2010 onwards, it would be RM500k. change of laws thingy technically doesnt apply here...  whistling.gif

Taiko, what you mean by RM500k sweat.gif ? I don't really understand you mean the unit price?(forgive me I'm not a vested hope to become one soon)

dude, epf will issue cheque to you directly SA will not know anything bout ur EPF unless you tell them. Like my plan I will only withdraw the money 2 years later so I have more money in EPF to withdraw for renovation. This is my trick..... tongue.gif

there are. housing loan unlike car loans takes a long time to serve.
one need to look at the following eventhough 2 or 3 banks offering the same rates, say BLR-2.1%:
1. term or flexi loan
2. lock in period 3 or 5 years
3. lock in from 1st disbursement or full disbursement
4. exit penalty, 3 or 5% or more
5. if term loan, any limit of capital repayment in a year
and many more.
*
ya is true......but from my experience getting the house loan, it ended most of them is almost the same is like choosing between apple(crunching), orange(juicy) or banana(easy to eat)...so which one you like harga oso almost the same........there is no way you can order fruit punch........Just to share my experience.... laugh.gif

Ive just received the cc copy of the developer letter to my RHB bank requesting for disbursement. Hopefully they will be able to do so b4 the due date or else i will have to bear the 10% p.a interest for late payment.

Just need to check with lawyer and the bank to make sure there wont be any delay on disbursement.
*
I din get anything yet........then next month we need to start paying for interest............... sad.gif

correction now 140 units have KLCC view in block C.
yes those having side-by-side parking will be more "desireable" than those having tandem arrangement.
*
No choice ler, I grabbed mine in block C KL view left less than 5units that time is end of March all units are tandem parking sad.gif Have to adapt to it.....
