In the end, you withdraw your booking on the residential unit, right?

Near colleges, you have a wider range of tenants. It may further boost up the property price. For those who bought it for own stay, sure is a big NO NO hehehe.

Passed by jus now, its 600m frm giant to zest, sounds like a bit far to walk.. muz buy bicycle liao.

I have a feeling if LRT is materialize, the LRT station will also be in front of the Giant because I saw some soil testing going on there. It is not really walking distance to LRT as well from Zest. Unless, there is another LRT station which said to be near the Hap Seng building.

One of our fellow buyers mentioned in FB that the en-bloc units in block A are opened for sales now - can anyone confirm this?
*
So fast they opened those levels for sales. 2 possibilities, no Korean want to buy Zest or the open units in block A have been snapped up drool.gif I hope is the latter, meaning locals are very confident with the project.

Must go to the sales office to 'kepo' a bit this weekend tongue.gif

Hmm... I'm not thinking that positively - if its true, that simple meant that the developer has just told another lie to us! Who knows what is going to happen 3 years from now...
*
From the start, I am not buying the en-bloc to Korean idea because there is no advertisement or news from the developer. To me, it is a marketing gimmick to attract us, local buyers. However, I hope that this developer will lift up to our expectation on this project. So many ppl from lowyat bought a unit there.

I also hope that the maintenance of the project will be good as well from the developer. The current condo which I am staying right now has very good community management comprising of all own residents. At least, they observe what are the things which the condo is lacked of and maximise the usage of the maintenance fees collected every month.

Just want to find out, anyone has started paying the instalment? I think the developer has not billed the bank yet.

Taiko which side you are standing now? Someone reading this will know what to do, no need to talk on behalf of them...
We still want shiny, we still want shiny shiny shiny......... flex.gif

haha aramis is just being frank. Although I also hope it will be shiny as well. But putting a layer of epoxy on the carpark is just being too luxurious isn't it?

Is the carpark in IKEA epoxy ?

Thanks for your clarification. It makes sense too for the 1k block to minimize the overhead.
I have just called to double confirm with RHB banker.

The 5 years lock-in period starts from FINAL drawdown.

I even asked if that means the 5 years lock-in period starts after the completion of the project. He said yes shocking.gif

Seriously, something is not right hmm.gif

It will be good to have a RHB representative to clear the cloud.

FYI, the banker in contact is located at Damansara Utama (Regional Sales Centre)
*
That is very weird. Just for information, my RHB rep. Ms Ooi clearly stated that RHB lock in period started from the first drawn instalment. Unless they have changed the policy.

I ended up taking PBB loan as the penalty is only 3% of the outstanding amount but RHB has a clause 3% or minimum RM10,000.

Hi guys,

I just came back from the MidValley Property Exhibition. Here's the update:

1. The Zest is there. Their booth is right in front and with customized design and got corporate colour (orange la). I'm impressed.
2. Tower A 15th floors onwards are open and sold at a 'premium' price. Difference between level 14th and level 15th is about RM10K
3. Sales of Tower A is about ~60% (rough estimation)
4. Tower B remaining units about 20+
5. Tower A units will all be given tandem parking, so those who have bought a unit (other towers) with side-by-side parking can see the value in your parking!

Go and have a look if you are free!

Not a lot of people today. Think the crowd will be there tomorrow and Sunday.

Cheers!

I thought all units are tandem parking regardless of Tower A,B and C? My unit in Block B is having tandem parking layout as well. Don't tell me only tower C got side by side parking shakehead.gif

And what the owners can play their role are .............DO NOT let their units to the African (i am not a racist but it is fact that a lot of trouble especially on security issue and noise pollution caused by our dear "friends").
*
Are you being too generalized? Do you experience it personally? I do not want to be too prejudiced towards the foreigner/Africans. I am moving in to my new unit soon with a lot of Middle East and African students. Hopefully it is not as what you said. unsure.gif

However, about the salesman stating the control rental thingy, I am quite skeptical about it. How do you judge a person before you rent the unit to him/her? Previously, my dad rent a house in USJ to a local family woman. She looked very sweet, responsible housewife/working lady. But in the end, she did not pay for the last month rental and also electricity bill of RM2K++.

Never judge a 'human' by her/his 'face' icon_rolleyes.gif
