Joe confirmed nothing was given apart from free snp. Also there was RM3888 rebate for 1st 50 buyers of blok B (no more now).

Some update : More than 90 unit in blok B has been sold to date, while blok C is 90% sold. Show unit should be ready end of July, but will only showcase type B.

my personal view on maintenance is better to pay a slight premium which results in a well managed properties vs skimping a few dollars only to have a run down prop, especially for high rise.dont be penny wise, pound foolish smile.gif

Some good news for block B and C buyers thumbup.gif :

Blok B VS blok C was 17k diff.

Blok A VS Blok B now around 20k diff.



shhould total paper gains should be around 35k-40k if one has bought blok C, can anyone confirm? smile.gif

BTW, I wonder if the future Zest residents is planning an RA and plan to take on the C & C issues? While commented its unlikely to happen, that land is under KL/DBKL and while Selangor is Opposition state, KL is not....unfortunately! So vested interest and plan has been made and given the recent relocation of tamil school, I doubt its not happening.

my take is when the C&C happens, it happens.

Plus think the proposed C&C should be more than 500m away from Zest, which is far enuff for me. The proposed CC location is not part of Kinrara, right?

Wonder if the C&C does materialiaze, can the Zest units without KL view can command a slight more premium? brows.gif

15k is still a gain. There are many other projects launch earlier oso still stuck with same old pricing. A gain no matter how small is still a gain, so lets count our blessings wink.gif
