Yes, even without the proposed LRT, the Bukit Jalil station is already very near...So, a LRT would be a big bonus...

Just wanna ask the community here. For the Loan's lawyer thingy...u all gonna use T&T or will go for your own lawyer's firm? Thanks. OCBC latest package, though verbally, is -2.3%, NZEC though....semi flexi..

Yup..if all those 3 materialise, it will be a super bonus!! hahaha..

Just gao dim the agreement with some minor clauses changes. Lots of people at the Zest office today. Cant get to take picture as the sales people dun allow tongue.gif But, sales are good.

Block A opened for sales. According to salesperson, REHDA issued a new memorandum indicating that foreign owner purchase to be limited only to RM500k and above properties dated May 2009. Did managed to see it...wonder how true, it is.

Anyway, my purchase price for Type A block C is RM250+k, when compared to the same level of Block A, the price is RM290k, with the same KL view... rclxms.gif rclxms.gif
