Razer Orca, RM199 very balanced headset for both music and gaming.

+1 (using one) but this one no mic.. if you want mic, I think good deal would be Roccat Kava 5.1 with mic at Rm280 (promo) from lingloong at garage sales..For FPS get SS 5Hv2.

thinking of getting roccat kava but then i am worry abt the weight which i saw lots of forumer here complain abt it...i mean i am worry the weight when i am wearing it on my head after few hours of gaming is going to be hard on my head or neck maybe?

yea i know lol, i saw lots of good comment abt this headset in terms of the build quality and sound etc...but then for sure you cant get a perfect device...just only wandering if i can keep up with the weight on my head...mostly i will be using this for games like world of warcraft vent usage..in raid should be abt 4-5 hours...and some fps such as tf2...this headset would be a great deal in terms of price/performance...too bad there are no demo unit that i can try the weight in penang..

Yes, the Roccat Kave has gaming and movie mode =D.

hehe .. Its call Kave =D .. hmmm .. i think the weight thing will take some time to getting use to. If you dont really use a mic, you can settle for Razer Orca . Light, got good sound quality and decent bass =D. This one I wear 3-4 hours also no pain

so u recommend orca if im not usin the mic? cuz i tot of geting the kave for its 5.1 sound system would be better experience when movie / gaming. or is it not that significant difference between orca and kave? if its not significant then i will b getting orca instead, cheaper by ALOT ...@.@

better try the mic..da borim use the speker..hope dont b deaf..hehehe

Kave and Orca is two different thing actually.

Kave is expensive.. but have Real 5.1 Surround system, built in subwoofer in the headset, and have better bass than Orca IMO...

i kinda like to wait for the new razer electra...but i am not sure is it worth it...and i love it can change the cable to use in apple products...would be good for me to use it in my iphone or ipad...just i dint saw the mic for it...i need mic to communicate with my guild mates in wow when raiding

truthfuly said, roccat kave sucks if you dont have 5.1 or game that dont have 5.1(some old game locks to 2 channel)

fair enough even though without mic
