i just thought if i can find enough ppl mayb we can organize a gathering of some sort to test out each other's setup n stuff. if anyone got a problem with this thread then complain to mod lor. i'm just looking for ppl who share same interest in my college. it has everthing to do with audiophiles.

All cafes has background music being played...
It would be best to have the gathering at a cafe which is not too noisy as open headphones and earphones will be affected by the surrounding noise... |

hehe it drive my MS1 like hell.. so fun..as compared to Ibasso BOa. it driving power is not even up to 20% of the secret amp. lol so lembik the sound when plug to the boa. and doesn't even push the ms1 to an "acceptable" range. when i put it on the secret.. wow... i think i going to ditch my personal secret amp prototype and get this one. mine just too much of noise.. lol.. while the final one which i not sure what modification they done. is much better than mine 4th generation prototype. well let me tell something guys and gals...
u can keep changing better amps and dac but still u cannot reach the highest end cos there is over 100 freaking amps out there some sound good and pair extremely well with certain headphones some r over hype and overprice....and doesnt justifies the price for the performance.... in the end, u keep turning and circling back around and still cannot find the perfect dream audio preference for yurself waste time,money, and u keep selling stuffs but still... how i put it still havent reached yur audio nirvana or met yur expectation... well darkvoice 337 is good imo but still after trying it with my beyers well still cannot wow all of us....especially me i heard how my dt880 600 ohm perform at maximum stage and i will tell the highs and lows even my crystal cable hd650 cannot cope with it.... seriously man if u thought my hd650 is that keng aledi but beyer shocked me with it's crazy meteor impact bass and super rocket's highs with B22.....my crazy basshead can.....like listening to techno and disco in freaking hall with young gu'ns shaking their heads and partying all nite... |

The smaller cap in the green case is still ok for me, very good but still not enough poison. But then when I switch to the bigger caps.... OMFG Gmod ipod -> BIG Sonicaps -> Pico -> Crystal Cable -> CK100 sound just like the AD2000 to me it's like the full size can in a small package. It doesnt sound like an IEM at all!! Straight out from the portable I would say the CK100 is very similar to the AD2000 liao, although the bass is lacking a bit. But from the Gmod with the big caps I would say it's right there with the AD2000 @akabane haha, sep90 ipod cannot mod la, it's the newer ipod classic, if he want to mod he'll need to get an ipod 5.5 or the 4th gen. But seriously bro sep90, go get one!! You can try contacting yuheng but he's quite busy nowadays...
On the other hand you can check with PCWork whether he still has one of the prototypes of The Secret... but then you'll need to go to his place in Serdang...be forewarned...his place is very poisonous also.... |
