i hate the barren patches of grass from running. coupled with the fact that having spent a year playing AC and AC:WW the 'proper' way once each I'm tempted to time travel. i might do it today...

I TT-ed today, all the way back to September 15.
I noticed many of you still run... it degrades your grass and as the regrowth rate is darn slow you'll end up having a desert town. Things get worse if you have many wifi visitors as it supposedly resets after each save. Terrible Nintendo terrible. The grass hardly grows back at all, even if you plant flowers. All i did tonite was start, save, reset Wii clock forward one day, start, save... ![]() September 15 ![]() October 15 One month, and the botak patch still bald. So stop running and start walking Or else This post has been edited by madmoz: Dec 23 2008, 02:05 AM |

Pretty sure you don't need to have good grass for perfect town. I think the main criteria for perfect town is no trash, no weeds/clovers, 12-16? trees(any type) per 16x16 grid(25 grids on a full map 5x5). Best to check a faq to confirm.
Some pictures: ![]() I think this is the most bells you can get out of a rock at one go. I think it was 100, 200, 300, 500, 1k, 2k. Don't have to anchor yourself with holes like in wild world, can move a little after your 3rd strike when you're pushed out of range to hit the same rock. ![]() ![]() Love the northern lights ![]() The stupid goddess finally gave it to me. It was from the dialogue of "That wasn't very goddess like of me was it?" and you get the slider, I slid it to the bottom where it said "NO!" and she gave it to me. Animegal, did you get the stuff I sent? |

you're missing the 4k bag, i got it once b4 as i have a rock that is one square away from the boundary.
as for the grass, no it is not needed for a 'perfect' town but who bloody wants to live in a desert? gamebreaking glitch it is for me! |

Yeah there's a 4k bag as well. I still dig a hole behind and beside me before hitting the rock. Foolproof way of getting all the money bags.

Argh I lost all my white turnips! I time travelled back to 24th night (coz I was busy last night) and started hustling jingle to give me presents. I had my white turnips buried in my garden, and everything still appeared as normal when I TT-ed... so after collecting all jingle prezzies, I TT-ed back into the original day/time... and all my turnips are gone!!! SOB... I had 6 of them... lose a lot of $$$$$
Can I get a white turnip donation from each of you? lol |
