not too sure wor, but iinm English DS carts were not region locked so i am guessing yes?
go check some of the dedicated AF boards just to be sure k?

btw, got my SILVER AXE today and my SILVER SPADE last night laugh.gif
so now me silver set is complete!!! not going to bother with the gold ones (nak yang baru heheh), probably will give it to my missus' character.

TQ Troll for the totally awesome Blue Zap Set!!!

YW.

About the DS carts, I read that they're region locked with the exception of aussie carts. The aussie carts are apparently recognized as US carts due to some mfg mistake/screw up, but all other carts need to match regions.

Edit: Someone says something about converting different regions here. http://www.neogaf.com/forum/showthread.php?t=344273

Pretty sure you don't need to have good grass for perfect town. I think the main criteria for perfect town is no trash, no weeds/clovers, 12-16? trees(any type) per 16x16 grid(25 grids on a full map 5x5). Best to check a faq to confirm.

Some pictures:

I think this is the most bells you can get out of a rock at one go. I think it was 100, 200, 300, 500, 1k, 2k. Don't have to anchor yourself with holes like in wild world, can move a little after your 3rd strike when you're pushed out of range to hit the same rock.

The stupid goddess finally gave it to me. It was from the dialogue of "That wasn't very goddess like of me was it?" and you get the slider, I slid it to the bottom where it said "NO!" and she gave it to me.

Animegal, did you get the stuff I sent?

I think he means leave your gate open when you play so that if anyone is checking gates, they can come visit.

To those who are impatient, you can always mail fruit to your neighbors and they'll send you a present back that can be a piece of foreign fruit. That's what I did to get the rest of the foreign fruit I needed for my town.

Anyone know how to coax a tree into growing at certain places of the town the the soil has "no nutrient"? I.e. any trees planted there will die? I'm trying to grow a cherry plantation and one part of the land I'm using cannot grow trees. Plant cherry trees there twice, two times also the trees die.

I think the only rule for a tree to grow right is that there's nothing next to it except flowers:

x o x

Long as you leave an empty space all around it, it should grow.

When I got an acre plotted out I actually tried my best to keep the trees at the borders 3/4 to a corner. I guess it's all preference. If a tree doesn't grow right, just move it elsewhere that's aesthetically pleasing to you, as long as you make sure you hit the magic 12-16 in an acre.

I think I had trouble with some trees not growing right at the east of my town at the cliff, but that was probably because I have a weird ditch in my town at that spot. I just planted more trees to compensate in another area.
