i voted for Maybank - Top lousiest local bank..

i still remember when i go for maybank apply for an account..the customer service person 1stly very nice..ask u here & there sign up the insurance package...

said got wat wat benefit if u kena rompak @ kena pisau..i said i got buy alr ING insurance but they said still can claim for both parties..

after tat i being convinced then sign up..

2 months later,i got an accident...medical expenses spent almost 6k...after recover i went 2 maybank 2 claim..

their service & attitude so so bad..they said dun knoe everythin when i asking about d claim.i wait around 30min -one hour for their respond..

nvm...most importantly...u guess how much i get for my claim??

KNS betul..i go get medical report from doctor olso cost me rm80 alr la...now i alr cancel so wat ever maybank personal insurance..

said can claim 2 parties...but last..they said no such things...!!!!
