Lousiest service I　have encountered

RHB at Air Itam, Penang

Went there to open a join account, after fill up the form etc, both of their card readers at counter can't read my IC.

"Encik..our card reader sudah rosak lah"

So, what are you gonna do now ?

"Sorry lah..encik. kalau macam tu, kita tak boleh buka account bagi encik.

I am so furious. What a stupid bank with stupid system and staff. Card reader can't read your IC. So We can't open account for you. How do you open account last time when card reader wasn't invented ? I didn't argue with them though, it's useless to argue with cow...just work out without saying a word.
