guys, i want to share my bad experience about EON bank service, the kota damansara branch.
i make a bank transfer (TT) to Taiwan RM500, i paid the transfer charge as well. when the money reach my customer in taiwan, they claimed only receive half of the amount.
I check with the EON bank, their answer is: "oh, there is another charge of transferring money from our Taiwan bank agent to your customer bank account in Taiwan". F**k them. When i did the TT transaction at the counter, they didnt told me about this charge and the filled in form & transfer slip didnt specify this kind of charge.
This is mafia way of service. Or worse than ah long service.
Please advice me, how to bring this case to the government, or should i dial 999 ? I want my refund.
