Maybank is the worst I must say. x123235134. Their counter service is hopeless. From Kuching to KL. I went to the KLCC branch to reset my m2u password because too long didnt use. But then they say need the account holder to be present (my dad). and bla bla and wasted all my time because I explained to them what is going on and they still ask me try. My dad called up to reset the password through phone but I still cant get it to work so go to the branch but they say cannot lagi.

PBB Kuching very good. Very fast and friendly people.
