Latest news. Supposed today my salary released. So this morning, tried to wake up as early as possible (ATM machine starts operating by 6am onwards) and wanted to check my balance at AM Bank. When I look at the ATM screen, stated "Service Maintenance" sort of. So I went to next door RHB, insert my AM Bank card, keyed in pin, check balance and savings, then the screen showed "Service has been cancelled", and came with a receipt and the card automatically. Therefore, I thought it was just a minor issue, probably had to wait later. So around afternoon, my colleague was quite desperate to withdraw money from AM Bank, and he rushed out once lunch time, and came back with a sourful face. He stated his encounter same as mine. Later on after 5pm, I went to Giant shopping mall nearby m place there's AM Bank ATM, same screen shown "Service Maintenece".

Come on la, now almost Raya, and everyone's eager to get their hands on new clothes and stuffs to celebrate. Even today's Sunday, imagine all of the AM Bank card holders wanted to withdraw cash... what do you think it's gonna happen then? Like me, I'm really pissed off. I ain't celebrating Raya, I wanted to buy my groceries as well as others do. But now, no one with AM Bank card holders to get money to buy stuffs for the damn weekend. How about that?

In addition, I've advised most of my colleagues so they had to bring their account booklet to withdraw money instead of using ATM card by the next day. As I notify them, some of them don't even know where they had placed their booklet. You know how it goes in this generation, all electronics in demand, now... what happened to this AM Bank? No wonder my employer requested CIMB officers to come over my company to have all the staffs open CIMB account. I can't say CIMB is good, but way much better than AM Bank.

Thinking of shopping, now cashless... better off sleeping now until tomorrow, get the booklet and withdraw all the money from the account, and ask AM Bank to kiss my 's' goodbye...
