my experience was a simple and "pedas di hati" one .
I went to maybank alam damai cheras to extend my FD for another year and the lady at the front counter told me to wait for 20mins . She wants to go for tea break!! . The time was 3.45pm . M. I left the bank and promised to never go there again . I also lodged a complaint to Maybank CS the following day.
Later after that i didn't want FD anymore and dumped it in public mutual and ASW
Maybank Taman Segar Cheras , is also same case (a bunch of cows eating grass there in the front counter) and the clerks are always chatting away even in front of the customer. That is a new low for maybank .
So far , good service is from Citibank and Stand Chart

yes ur right .. even when the card gets stuck . Its like our police here "ini bukan area kita" sila call nombor ini . ...when i used their cash deposit machine
